  1. I agree with the needle exchange program i do think it will help keeping the population healther even though the drug useers need to STOP. How is another question? Education I think is the best path to try.

  2. The Last Day has left me sad and angry. My mother lived with Alzheimer's for about 9 years. My father devoted his last years to caring for her. From putting sticky notes on the walls pointing to the bathroom, to putting out clothes that he knew she liked when she would wear whatever we put on her. She always looked well dressed and he would wear plaid and stripes! He used to cook and ask some of the kids to come over because she ate better with a crowd around the table. I know we don't want others, especially those we love to see us decline mentally or physically. By allowing my father to care for her, she gave him a gift. Even when she no longer knew his name, she would search him out in a crowded room and ask if she could sit near him. That same night, she asked him if she could go home with him. He grinned and said "you better, you married me". She just smiled. They were probably 86 yrs old. Had she ended her life, that gift (showing us what true love REALLY is) to all of us (my family) would have gone ungiven.
